Our Story
Prospects Training Academy is a premier level baseball training facility founded by former Razorback and MLB player, Bubba Carpenter. Originally, known as Balls and Strikes Northwest Arkansas, now we are Next Level Baseball d/b/a Prospects Training Academy. In addition to being a training facility, Prospects Training Academy is the home of the Northwest Arkansas Prospects, over 20 year round travel ball teams and Arkansas' elite summer showcase teams.
