Bubba Carpenter (Owner)

Bubba Carpenter was a standout baseball player at the University of Arkansas from 1988 to 1991, earning multiple All-Southwest Conference honors and playing a key role in the Razorbacks' 1989 College World Series run. After college, he signed with the New York Yankees, eventually making his MLB debut with the Colorado Rockies in 2000, and spent 13 years in professional baseball.

Lance Harville-Thomas
HITTING / DEFENSE
Lance Harville-Thomas, from Maumelle, AR, excelled in baseball from Little League to high school, earning second team All-Conference honors. At Crowder College, he led the team to the JUCO World Series. He played professionally in Australia, winning Hitter of the Year, and coached the Savannah Bananas. Now back in Arkansas, he coaches and trains youth and college/pro players.

TRYNTON TOMPKINS
POSITION TRAINING
Trynton Tompkins was born near Poplar Bluff, Missouri. In high school, he was a four-time All-Conference, Three-time All-District, and two-time All-State catcher/pitcher. He continued his baseball career at Mineral Area College, then Central Baptist College, where he completed a Bachelor's in Health Science. Now, he trains and coaches at Prospects, focusing on hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding with a goal of developing players' IQ and confidence on and off the field.

Teddy graduated and played baseball at Fayetteville High School from 2014-2017. After high school he went on to play Junior College baseball at Arkansas Baptist and Kansas City Kansas Community College. After getting his associates degree, he went on to a four year out in Philadelphia where he completed a Bachelors degree. He's come back home to finish his masters and teach the game he loves and give back to the next generation. My focuses are in Hitting, Fielding, and Speed/Agility training.

CLINT GOOCHER

Clint Goocher graduated from Billy Ryan High School in Denton in 2000 and played baseball at the University of Texas and San Jacinto Junior College. Drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2002, he reached AAA in the Pacific Coast League. From 2015 to 2020, Clint coached players aged 6-22, earning two Instructor of the Year awards at D-BAT in Lewisville, TX. He focuses on hitting, pitching, and fielding, helping players earn college scholarships.
